Public Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register
The Van Diemen's Land Company-Dairies Limited gives notice, pursuant to section 353 of the Companies Act 1993, that, after 20 working days after the date of this notice, it intends to be removed from the New Zealand Register
in connection with becoming incorporated under the law in force in the State of Tasmania, Australia.
