Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register

Notice is hereby given that an application to remove the company from the Register will be made to the Registrar
of Companies, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), on the grounds that
the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) will be sent to the Registrar after 20 working days from the date of
this notice.
Any objection, under section 321 of the Act, to the removal of the company from the Register must be delivered to the Registrar not later than the 2nd day of July 2004.
