Notice of Intention to Remove the Above?named Company From the Register
Notice is given of the intention to remove the above-named company from the Register, pursuant to sections 318 to 321 of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business.
Unless written objections are sent to the Registrar of Companies within 20 working days of this notice, the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
