Notice is hereby given that it is intended to remove Langley Holdings and Investments Limited (in liquidation), having its registered office at Level Fourteen, Forsyth Barr Tower, 55-65 Shortland Street, Auckland, from the New Zealand Companies Register pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of
the Companies Act 1993.
The date by which an objection, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, to the removal must be delivered to the Registrar is the 18th day of June 2004.
