Notice is hereby given that it is intended to remove
Tranz Rail Financial Receivables Limited (in liquidation), having its registered office at Tranz Rail Building, Ground Floor, corner of Northcote and Taharoto Roads, Takapuna, Auckland, from the New Zealand Companies Register pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993.
The date by which an objection, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, to the removal must be delivered to the Registrar is the 18th day of June 2004.
