Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the
Above-named Company From the Register
Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned applicant, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, pursuant to section 341 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of Price & Pierce (Asia Pacific) Pte Limited - New Zealand Branch (AK. 1097362), whose registered office is situated at Level Six, L.J. Hooker House,
57 Symonds Street, Auckland, from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the branch ceased to carry on business in New Zealand from the 30th day of June 2003.
It is intended to notify the Registrar on or after the 19th day of March 2004, to remove the branch from the Register.
