Notice of Intention to Remove the Above-named Company From the Register
Pursuant to Section 257 (1) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that I propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies for the removal of the above-named company from the Register on the grounds that the duties of the liquidator have been completed, in particular:
(a) The final report detailing the conduct of the liquidation, incorporating a statement of realisation and distribution, has been sent to members.
(b) All known creditors have been fully paid.
(c) All known assets have been realised.
(d) All proceeds of realisation have been distributed.
(e) The company is ready to be removed from the Register.
Any interested person may object to the company removal from the Register and the grounds for this are contained in section 321 (1) of the Companies Act 1993.
The date by which an objection to the removal under this section must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies is hereby set at the 3rd day of May 2004.
