Notice is hereby given that the undersigned applicant proposes to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland after the 10th day of February 2004, pursuant to section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of Australasian Food Holdings Limited, whose registered office is situated at Level Three, Block A, 65 Main Highway, Greenlane, Auckland, from the New Zealand Register in connection with the company becoming incorporated under the law in force in the State of Victoria, Australia.
