Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
I, Stephen Charles Grey, liquidator of Vega Enterprises Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at First Floor, 230 Great South Road, Papatoetoe, hereby give notice that, under section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar my final report
on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.
The date by which an objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies is no later than the 22nd day of April 2004.
