Notice of Intention to Remove the Above-named Company From the Register
In the matter of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), and the above-named company whose registered office is situated at 22 Amersham Way, Manukau City:
Notice is hereby given that it is intended that the company be removed from the Register, pursuant to section 341 (1) (a) of the Act.
Any objection to the removal must be made to the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, setting out the grounds for such objection and be made no later than the 4th day of June 2004.
