Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of Company From the New Zealand Register of Companies
Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned applicant, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Level Two, Bayleys Building, 678 Victoria Street, Hamilton, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of Mill Tech 2002 Limited, whose registered office is situated at Tompkins Wake, WestpacTrust House, 430 Victoria Street, Hamilton, from the New Zealand Register, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed all its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.
Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar at Level Two, Bayleys Building, 678 Victoria Street, Hamilton, or Private Bag 92-061, Auckland Mail Centre, Auckland, by the 29th day of March 2004, the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
