Notice of Intention to Remove the Above-named Company From the Register
Pursuant to Sections 318 and 320 of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act")
I, Jonathan Brian Michell, authorised by the above-named company, hereby give notice that I intend to apply to the Registrar of Companies for the removal from the Register of Companies of the above-named company, whose registered office is at 11 Kenmure Street, Milford, North Shore City, on the grounds specified in section 318 (2) (a) or 318 (2) (b) of the Act.
Unless written objections are lodged on or before the 19th day of March 2004, the company will be removed from the Register.
