Take notice that the trustees of the Pukeiti Trust Fund will apply to the High Court at New Plymouth on Wednesday, the 3rd day of November 2004 at 9.00 a.m., for an order varying the terms of the Pukeiti Trust Fund deed dated the 29th day of October 1971, as varied by order of the High Court on the 10th day of September 1998.
The purpose of this application is to vary the Pukeiti Trust Fund deed's investment power and other minor alterations.
Further particulars of the application may be obtained from the office of the applicant's solicitors, Govett Quilliam.
Any person desiring to oppose the scheme is required to give notice in writing of his/her intention to do so to:
(a) the Registrar of the High Court at New Plymouth (Attention: Tasha Kupe);
(b) the applicant, care of Govett Quilliam, The Lawyers, Private Bag 2013, New Plymouth (Attention: Susan Hughes); and
