Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Foster's International (NZ )Pty Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Victoria, Australia, and registered in New Zealand as an overseas company, gives notice under section 341 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 of its intention to cease carrying on business in New Zealand on the 18th day of March 2005 or soon after that date.
