Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Pursuant to Section 341 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Travelers Casualty and Surety Company, a company incorporated under the laws of the United States of America and registered under Part XVIII of the Companies Act
1993 as an overseas company, gives notice, under section 341 (1) (a) of that Act, of its intention to cease carrying on business in New Zealand on the 28th day of February 2005 or soon after that date.
