Notice of Transfer of Incorporation to Australia
Pursuant to section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, the above-named company hereby gives notice that
the company intends, after the 6th day of December 2004,
to apply to be removed from the New Zealand Register
in connection with becoming incorporated under the law in force in the State of Victoria, Australia.
