Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341 (1) of the Companies Act 1993, that Blackmores Limited, a company incorporated in Australia and having a place of business
in New Zealand located at Second Floor, NZ Insurance Building, 507 Lake Road, Takapuna, Auckland, intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
Blackmores Limited New Zealand branch has only traded in a limited way in New Zealand and has not traded at all in the past 18 months.
