Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Anschutz New Zealand Corporation, a company incorporated under the laws of the United States of America, and registered under the Companies Act 1993 as an overseas company, gives notice, under section 341 (1) (a) of that
Act, of its intention to cease carrying on business in
New Zealand and to be removed from the Overseas Register on 18 January 2005 or soon after that date.
