Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341 of the Companies Act 1993, that the above named company intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand.
No earlier than three months from the date of the first publication of this notice, the above named company will give notice to the Registrar of the date on which it will cease carrying on business in New Zealand, causing the Registrar to remove the above named company from the Overseas Register of Companies as soon as practicable after the date specified in that notice.
