Pursuant to Section 341 of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that the above-named company intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand.
No earlier than three months from the date of first publication of this notice, the above-named company will give notice to the Registrar of the date on which it will cease carrying on business in New Zealand, causing the Registrar to remove the above-named company from the Overseas Register of Companies as soon as practicable after the date specified in that notice.
