Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Line Management Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Queensland, Australia, and registered under Part XVIII of the Companies Act 1993 as an overseas company, gives notice, under section 341 (1) (a) of that Act, of its intention to cease carrying on business in New Zealand on the 4th day of September 2004.
