Pursuant to Section 341 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance intends to cease to carry on business in
New Zealand on the 30th day of April 2004, and to be removed from the Overseas Register three months from the date of publication of this notice in accordance with section 341 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1993.
