Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Notice is hereby given that we, the undersigned applicants, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, pursuant to section 341 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, for the intention to cease to carry on business in New Zealand of Nightingale Press Pty Limited.
Unless written objection to such cessation, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar at Auckland by the 20th day of July 2004 (being not less than three months after the date of this notice), the Registrar may accept the application for intention to cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
