Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in
New Zealand
Pursuant to Section 341 (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that BTMA intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand on the 30th day of April 2004, and be removed from the Overseas Register three months from the date of the publication of this notice in accordance with section 341 (1) of the Companies Act 1993.
The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, Ltd. will, under its own name, continue to conduct banking business in New Zealand as a branch operation located in Auckland.
