Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in
New Zealand
GE Capital Mortgage Insurance Corporation (Australia) Pty Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Victoria, Australia, and registered under Part XVIII of the Companies Act 1993 as an overseas company, gives notice, under section 341 (1) (a) of that Act, of its intention to cease carrying on business in New Zealand on the 1st day of April 2004, or soon after that date.
Following restructuring of the GE Mortgage Insurance Services Group, the operations previously carried on in
New Zealand by GE Capital Mortgage Insurance Corporation (Australia) Pty Limited will now be carried
on by GE Mortgage Insurance Company Pty Limited (ACN 106 974 305).
