Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Australasian Performing Right Association Limited, a company registered under Part XVIII of the Companies Act 1993 as an overseas company, gives notice, under section 341 (1) (a) of that Act, of its intention to cease carrying on business in New Zealand on the 8th day of July 2004.
