The board of directors of Virtual Spectator International
Pty Limited ("the company") hereby gives notice of the company's intention that on the 30th day of June 2004,
the company will cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
This Australian company was previously known as Pineapplehead International Pty. Ltd. based in Australia and changed its name on the 17th day of September 2003.
