Take notice that the Commissioner of Inland Revenue has issued a bankruptcy notice, under the Insolvency Act 1967, out of the High Court of New Zealand at Tauranga.
You are required to pay to the Commissioner of Inland Revenue at the offices of the Department of Inland Revenue, 1 Elizabeth Street, Tauranga, the sum of $17,962.23 inclusive of costs, being the amount due on a final judgment obtained by him against you in the Tauranga District Court on the 13th day of August 2003, where upon execution has not been stayed.
And further take notice that this Court has ordered that service of the bankruptcy notice be effected by this advertisement.
You are especially to note that if you do not pay the above sum to the creditor, or file in the office of the High Court at Tauranga an affidavit to set aside the notice within 14 days of this advertisement, you will have committed an act of bankruptcy on which bankruptcy proceedings may be taken against you.
A copy of the bankruptcy notice will be forwarded to you on application to the solicitor for the creditor or at the office of the High Court at Tauranga.
