Notice of Order Prohibiting a Bankrupt Engaging in Business After Discharge
The following order was made in the High Court at Auckland on the 8th day of October 2003, that, pursuant to section 111 of the Insolvency Act 1967, Seagrave, Simon, of 3/19 Mt Carmel Place, Meadowbank, Auckland, is prohibited after discharge from doing the following things:
(a) Entering into or carrying on or taking part in the management or control of any business without leave of the Court or the official assignee;
(b) Acting as a director, or taking part directly or indirectly in the management of any company
or class of companies;
and that these conditions are to apply until the 24th day of June 2004.
