Notice of Orders Annulling Adjudications
The order of adjudication dated the 17th day of November 2003 against Adair, Dennis Clarence, of 14B Bowler Street, Kaiapoi, was annulled by order of the High Court
at Christchurch, pursuant to section 119 (1) (b) of the Insolvency Act 1967, with effect from the 6th day of May 2004.
The order of adjudication dated the 5th day of February 2004 against Ashcroft, Graham Leslie, of Rohepotae Road, R.D. 4, Raupunga, was annulled by order of the High Court at Napier, pursuant to section 119 (1) (b) of the Insolvency Act 1967, with effect from the 3rd day of June 2004.
The order of adjudication dated the 13th day of March 2002 against Scown, Douglas Thomas, of 99 Vandeleur Avenue, Birkenhead, Auckland, was annulled by order of the
High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 119 (1) (c) of the Insolvency Act 1967, with effect from the 13th day
of March 2002.
