Notice of Last Day for Receiving Proofs of Debt
Notice is hereby given that the official assignee hereby fixes the 16th day of February 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of Bracken, Victor Douglas, of Auckland, are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 87 of the Insolvency Act 1967, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distributions made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
