Publication of bankruptcy adjudications and of debtors admitted to a No Asset Procedure changed in December 2018. From that time the Insolvency and Trustee Service has published all adjudications in the New Zealand Gazette by providing a link from the Gazette website to the Insolvency Register.

Notice is hereby given that an application filed in the High Court of New Zealand on the 8th day of March 2004, for an order of early discharge of bankruptcy, is directed to be heard at the High Court at Auckland on the 19th day of May 2004 at 10.00 a.m.
Any creditor or person who intends to oppose the order for early discharge must file and serve on the official assignee and the bankrupt a notice of intended opposition by the 18th day of May 2004 at 1.00 p.m.
