Take notice that on Thursday, the 25th day of November 2004, an application for putting Auto Search Magazine Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 10th day of February 2005
at 10.45 o'clock in the forenoon.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
