Take notice that on the 25th day of August 2004, an application for putting Oxford Construction Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Monday, the 20th day of December 2004
at 11.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is the Laser Electrical Limited, whose address for service is care of Cockcroft d'Young Moorhouse, Solicitors, 2 Fleet Street, Devonport (P.O. Box 32-018), North Shore.
