Take notice that on the 1st day of November 2004, an application for putting Jeanna Holdings Limited (trading as Kitchen Smart) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 16th day of December 2004 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Fletcher Building Products Limited (trading through its division Scott the Laminex Group), whose address for service is at the offices of Bell Gully, Level Twenty-two, Vero Centre, 48 Shortland Street
(P.O. Box 4199 or D.X. C.P. 20-509), Auckland.
