In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, between Guernica Group Limited (now known as Beam
New Zealand Limited), a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Katikati-Plaintiff:
And-Wattage One Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Katikati-Defendant:
Take notice that on the 20th day of October 2004, an application for putting Wattage One Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Tauranga.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on Monday, the 13th day of December 2004
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Guernica Group Limited (now known as Beam New Zealand Limited), whose address for service is at the offices of Jennifer G. Connell, Solicitor, 543 Manukau Road, Epsom, Auckland.
