Take notice that on the 18th day of October 2004, an application for putting Salic Developments Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 9th day of December 2004 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Body Corporate 116029, whose address for service is at the offices of Corporate Collections Limited, 187 Mt Eden Road, Mt Eden, Auckland.
