Take notice that on the 26th day of October 2004, an application for putting Focus Media Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Nelson.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Nelson on the 18th day of February 2005 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is APN Holdings NZ Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Bell Gully, Level Twenty-two, Vero Centre, 48 Shortland Street (P.O. Box 4199 or D.X. C.P. 20-509), Auckland.
