Take notice that on the 26th day of October 2004, an application for putting The Congregational Christian Church of American Samoa in New Zealand (Porirua) Trust Board into liquidation by the High Court was filed
in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on the 29th day of November 2004 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant trust board, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
