Take notice that on the 13th day of October 2004, an application for putting into liquidation Advertising Creative Department Limited (previously known as Logan & Logan Advertising Limited) by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Tauranga.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on the 13th day of December 2004 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is the Commissioner of Inland Revenue, whose address for service is offices of the Inland
Revenue Department, Claudelands Road, Hamilton.
