Take notice that on the 8th day of October 2004, an application for the appointment of a liquidator and for putting Westbury Manor Holdings Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Whangarei.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Whangarei on Monday, the 6th day of December 2004
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Buddle Findlay, whose address for
service is at the offices of Buddle Findlay, Solicitors, PricewaterhouseCoopers Tower, 188 Quay Street, Auckland.
Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
