Take notice that on or about the 15th day of October 2004, an application for putting Waikato Against Toxic
& Chemical Hazards Incorporated into liquidation by
the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on the 6th day of December 2004 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant incorporated society, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
