Take notice that on the 1st day of November 2004, an application for putting Wellington Working Men's Club
& Literary Institute (now in interim liquidation) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on the 29th day of November 2004 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant society, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is the Registrar of Friendly Societies and Credit Unions, whose address for service is at the offices
of Gibson Sheat, Lawyers, Level One, United Building, 107 Customhouse Quay, Wellington.
Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at Gibson Sheat, Lawyers, P.O. Box 2966, Wellington; or
(b) left for the solicitor at the document exchange for direction to Gibson Sheat, Lawyers, D.X. S.P. 22-035, Wellington; or
(c) transmitted to the solicitor by facsimile to Gibson Sheat, Lawyers, on (04) 496 9991.
Further particulars may be obtained from the office of the Court or from the plaintiff or the plaintiff's solicitor.
