Take notice that on the 20th day of October 2004, an application for putting Stompers Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 16th day of December 2004
at 10.00 a.m.

that day.
