Take notice that on the 31st day of October 2003, an application for putting Civic Tavern Limited
(in receivership) into liquidation by the High Court was
filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 19th day of February 2004 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is DB Breweries Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Bell Gully, Level Twenty-two, Vero Centre, 48 Shortland Street, Auckland (Attention:
R. G. Simpson).
