Take notice that on the 22nd day of October 2004, an application for the liquidation of Retailx Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on the 22nd day of November 2004
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Martin John Hadlee, Mark Howard Kippenberger, Carey Graham Wood and Paige Rowena Cuthbert (trading as Hadlee Kippenberger & Partners), whose address for service is at the offices of Messrs Clark Boyce, Level One, 104 Victoria Street (P.O. Box 13-259), Christchurch.
