Take notice that on the 22nd day of October 2004, an application for putting Unibic Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on Monday, the 22nd day of November 2004
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Creative Engineering Design Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Fleming Foster Palmer, Solicitors, Fleming Foster Palmer Building, corner of Great South and Station Roads, Manurewa, Auckland.
