13 Theodosia Street, Timaru, landlords-Plaintiff:
And-EZ Haul Logistics Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 58 Willis Street, Dunedin, proprietors-Defendant:
Take notice that on the 11th day of October 2004, an application for putting EZ Haul Logistics Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Dunedin.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Dunedin on Thursday, the 9th day of December 2004
at 10.00 o'clock in the forenoon.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Ashbury Park Limited, whose solicitor is R. A. McL. Fraser, whose address for service is at the offices of R. A. Fraser & Associates, Solicitors, Level Two, 151 Worcester Street (P.O. Box 163), Christchurch.
