Take notice that on the 4th day of October 2004, an application for putting into liquidation Professional Horticulture Limited by the High Court was filed in
the High Court at Tauranga.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on Wednesday, the 17th day of November 2004
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is the Commissioner of Inland Revenue, whose address for service is offices of the Inland Revenue Department, Claudelands Road, Hamilton.
