Take notice that on the 12th day of August 2004, an application for putting Gisborne Towing Services Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Gisborne.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Gisborne on Thursday, the 4th day of November 2004
at 9.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is the Commissioner of Inland Revenue, whose address for service is at the offices of Woodward Chrisp, Solicitors, Level One, Wilson James Centre, 77 Peel Street, Gisborne.
